First of all, I think it's ironic that I couldn't come up with a user name and am subsequently named after a fast food flyer that happened to be sitting next to me
Anyway, I would like to use this thread to record my weightloss journey... I am currently 128 kgs, and I will update every fortnight, pretty much only because I like seeing bigger numbers
Today I got over myself and joined a gym - it's a big deal for me because for so long I thought I was too overweight and gross to work out infront of other people, but this place has been a huge insipiration to me over the past 3 weeks and I feel more confident with myself than I have in *YEARS*. Thanks.
SO, tonight (I work nights) I ate sardines and vitawheats all night long, and guzzled water (!) and took a long walk home. But TONIGHT I'm going to see M.I.A live, so I'll be burning off those calories
