day 2 ~ 2/10/07
I think I did well today, but I am alittle confused about the carb intake I am having but its all core foods so I will keep going and see how my weight loss goes.
We went to kiama today and walked around. Shouldnt have really been counted as excerise but I did anyway, then I did some accidental excerise like sweeping, changing the bed and putting clothes away etc.
The thing I am proud of the most today is we did take our chiciken and salad instead of getting fish and chips and instead of getting a big ice cream I had a slurpee instead, proberly more sugar but at least it was a drink and not full fat ice cream
I am starting to feel alittle stressed how I cant just go and eat whatever I like, and we have done the shopping this week already so I have to live on salad and fruit for the next few days
so today this is how i ate
breakfast - 2 weetbix and skim milk (normally would have 3)
lunch - salad and chicken sandwhich (again only had 1 when I would usually have 2 easy)
afternoon tea - 2 saladas and tomato (which I felt not hungry after 2)
dinner - I fried up some ham, mushroom and onion and mixed it in a tomato sauce and some pasta
water - 2 liters
excerise - the walking up hills and stairs at kiama
