hi guys, I have had a really bad few days eating. I am going to do well today though, I eventually got up and did a few excerises this morning. should have done more but its a start to my excerise anyway I suppose. It feels kinda useless though as I doubt very much it would have done anything for me.
100 (not sure what there called) you lay on your back and bring your pelvis up
50 on each leg laying on my side and lifting my leg up high
and am going to con hubby into going for a walk tonight
