I have been watching my calories with Calorie King here's a link to the website,
its hard to get your head around it to begin with but it doesn't take long to understand.
My normal daily exercise is
60 minutes/30 km exercise bike (sometimes more) normally with light hand weights.
30 minute walk, walking at about 7 km per hour
I do between 30 and 60 minutes of exercises including crunches, squats, bridging, reverse crunches, tricep dips. some good ideas on this website

I also row a few times a week for and normally try to do between 200 and 800 strokes.
On the weekends I ride horses
And I have 4 little terrors to chase around LOL and at the moment they are trying to sabotage my exercises hehehe! I must look so funny cause they laugh their little heads off while I try to do my exercises!
