Ok so here goes :)

My weigh in's so far!

Wednesday 22nd August, 2007 77 kg
Friday 31st August, 2007 75 kg
Monday 3rd September, 2007 74.50 kg
Monday 10th September, 2007 74 kg
Monday 17th September, 2007 73 kg
Monday 24th September, 2007 73 kg
Monday 1st October, 2007 71.50 kg

My mini goal is 70 kg

And my end goal is 65 kg at the moment, though I will wait and see, if I'm not happy there I will keep at it.

For the last two weeks I have been snacking really badly I am hoping its just that it was that time of the month. But I'm worried that it could be because of me quitting smoking, its been 2 months today since I quit and I really am feeling better for it but now I'm starting to wonder if all this snacking is the start of the munchies that so many people seem to get after stopping smoking :( I'm very glad I have the calorie king website to check those cals at the moment.

:)

You're doing so well - to have lost that weight AND given up smoking. I put on a few kilos when I gave up smoking, even though I was still active. I snacked a bit more but there's other changes going on in your body that make you put on weight. So well done :)

As for snacks - what about some sugar free lollies?

Eclipse mints are good... Because you don't want to eat with a minty taste in your mouth. They are as good as tic tacs - but are sugar free!

I look forward to reading your continual progress. Great work so far!

Thanks :)

I totally love the Eclipse mints Yummo :)
Will have to try some sugar free lollies,
kids will enjoy them too LOL!

Had a couple of snacks today, Mum bought
lamingtons around for the kids so I had one
they were only the small ones LOL spose I
shouldn't make excuses hehehe!
I have been craving yogurt tops the strawberry
ones so I had two of those, a banana and I
guess later after I do my nightly exercise I will
probably want a snack too.

LOL thanks for the tip electrongirl, I would probably guts the whole bag down! So if I do grab a bag of sugar free lollies I will do it when the kids are around so they take most of the hehe!

My brother came around yesterday afternoon, I hadn't seen him for a little while and he commented on how well and how much weight I lost :) I told him how many KGs I had lost and he said I looked like I had lost alot more. Wow that was a huge ego boost :) Really nice of him to notice to.

I totally understand what your saying about when your hubby says things, I don't believe my fella when he says things to me.

I was sooo bad last night I munched down so many BBQ shapes then I moved onto twisties LOL! Then I felt ill, hopefully that will make me think twice next time I have a craving! Its my shopping day today so I'm going to try to only buy snacks that aren't to bad LOL I have to feed 5 others so I can't stop the in flow of yummy stuff into the house completely unfortunately.

Hi Kittie

I have been watching my calories with Calorie King here's a link to the website,
http://www.calorieking.com.au

its hard to get your head around it to begin with but it doesn't take long to understand.

My normal daily exercise is

60 minutes/30 km exercise bike (sometimes more) normally with light hand weights.
30 minute walk, walking at about 7 km per hour
I do between 30 and 60 minutes of exercises including crunches, squats, bridging, reverse crunches, tricep dips. some good ideas on this website

http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/ex/e ... .asp?ID=21

I also row a few times a week for and normally try to do between 200 and 800 strokes.
On the weekends I ride horses :)
And I have 4 little terrors to chase around LOL and at the moment they are trying to sabotage my exercises hehehe! I must look so funny cause they laugh their little heads off while I try to do my exercises!

Best wishes with your weight loss :)
