Sometimes they don't move, but you're still losing weight anyways :) Have you measured yourself with a tape? and recorded measurements? maybe you are losing weight that way? (i am yet to do my measurements he he)

you are doing fine :)

10 minutes tae bo
50 crunches
50 reverse crunches
50 abductions to the right and 50 to the left
50 adductions to the right and 50 to the left

No worries that the scales dont move Mate, you know yuo are working your butt off (a dnwe can see it by all the exercise you do) so all that work must be starting to tone and firm up the rest of your body :D

Well I did an hour on the bike today pushed it really hard to (for me anyway 35km in an hour :) Was pretty happy!

My biggest problem now is Face Book I even put my exercise bike in front of it today LOL its such an addictive thingy! LOL

Tam i laughed my butt of at that because ive tried it before!! LOL i wasnt very successful!!

That can be your new motivator, 'if i do 30mins on the bike i can get on facebook' LOL

LOL Shellbel hehehehe! It worked ok for me though I really worked my side abs what ever they are called I can't remember hehehe!


Yesterday

50 crunches
50 squats with hand weights
50 reverse crunches
50 push ups
50 calf raises with hand weights
50 lat lunges to the right and 50 to the left with hand weights
50 adductions to the right and 50 to the left
50 One-Arm Rear Flies right and 50 left
50 abductions to the right and 50 to the left
,
10 minutes tae bo
30 minutes bike

Today

10 minutes bike
3 hours walking.

For Saturday

Horse Riding 60 minutes
House work alot of it getting ready for my sons party.

Sunday

Lots of house work, 4 eight year old boys make sooooooooo much mess hehehe! They had tons of fun though and were extremely well behaved :)

30 minutes exercise bike

50 adductions to the right and 50 to the left

Same weight again, 68kg.

So today Im going to seriously check out what I am eating and see if I can change it. Its now been 4 weeks since I got to 68kg LOL and Im stuck....... The tape measure is reading small changes, and hubby has noticed BUT still :( I wanna see it on the scales!

Today

50 crunches

50 adductions to the right and 50 to the left

Sounds like you're doing excellent with keeping up the exercise, well done :D It's frustrating when the scales stay in the same spot!! I was stuck at 68kg for over a year!! Some people are lucky enough to not get such a big plateau but you can get through this :D

No way girl, you're definitely not alone on this one! I'm sure the scales will start moving again for you :D Maybe try a new type of exercise or switch your meals around a bit?? Unfortunately the body gets used to the way we do things :(

Hiya Tam - sounds like you're at a bit of a plateau at the moment. Hopefully it will pass. But sounds like you're going great with the exercise and stuff and so much of our journey is about being healthy -- even if you're not shedding the kilos, your body is loving you for treating it well :) Hang in there!
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...
