Same weight again, 68kg.
So today Im going to seriously check out what I am eating and see if I can change it. Its now been 4 weeks since I got to 68kg LOL and Im stuck....... The tape measure is reading small changes, and hubby has noticed BUT still
I wanna see it on the scales!
50 squats with hand weights
50 reverse crunches
50 push ups
50 lat lunges to the right and 50 to the left with hand weights
50 adductions to the right and 50 to the left
50 One-Arm Rear Flies right and 50 left
50 abductions to the right and 50 to the left
So far I will do more later
