G'day every1. Today was my first weighing, and i started last week tuesday when i got a scales and today is a week later.. didnt really start exercising until thursday, today i weight myself and was 700 grams lighter..!

so i bet my target weight by 100 grams..lol yess..

i feel great and this is the beggining of a new me.

yay lost over a kilo.. yess, loving this only done 3 weeks and have lost 3.2 kilos, thats like 3 bags of 1kilo flour off me :D

didnt lose around a kilo this week. when i think back i'm not to sure why cos my eating habits were around the same. and i guess the only reason was some breakfast's were bigger than others while some days it was just a couple sml tubs of yogurt and that. Or my body is getting used to me excersing, or i have been eating a bit more protien and maybe i've gained some msucle.. either way i'm happy just getting the fitness and weigh lose is still weight lose

i'm happy with this week since i had been drinking for 4 nights in a row since wednesday, tho a couple were just afew. And like abit of deep fried stuff to make me feel better after the grog. Also i'm excited to be under 110kg :D so teating myself to something. next goal is 100 :D so give me afew weeks and i'll be there.
