[center]5 Weeks - 2.6kg to go![/center]
I'm starting a new thread, my 3 weeks is up and I got under my goal weight of 57kg! Very happy
So these next 5 weeks will be about eating healthy - not counting calories - keeping active, weight training and experimenting with new types of exercise!
Starting Weight: 62kg
Current Weight: 56.6kg
Weight Loss To Date: 5.4kg
Goal Weight: 54.0kg
Weight to Lose: 2.6kg
Goal Weight Loss Per Week: 0.5-0.8kg per week
6:30am: Light Exercise or stretching
9:00am: Breakfast - Muesli or Oatmeal, with fruit or yoghurt.
10:00am: Morning Coffee
1:00pm: Lunch. Something low fat. Toasted cheese and tuna sandwich, salad roll, chicken salad, soup.
4:00pm: Snack. Hummus with carrot sticks, Caramel Le Rice, Piece of fruit, yoghurt, slice of cheese, a milo.
6:30pm: Dinner. Just focusing on NOT having a big portion size.
7:00pm: Cardio at gym, or weight training.
8:00pm: A snack, paddle pop or something like that.
Im not going to deprive myself of special treats. Like tomorrow im bringing cake into work and im going to have a piece! It will be my morning snack hehe. If I deprive myself I binge.
Obviously I wont be exercising twice a day, or even once a day. I want to squeeze in 3 weight training sessions a week, 4 cardio sessions and try to stretch or do yoga/pilates/meditation every morning.
With my cardio, Im going to be doing 30 minutes of running interval training, with 30 second sprints @ 13km/hour. ALWAYS stretch after a workout - I want to be able to do the splits again! I would also like to try NEW ways to exercise, like yoga and pilates. And I also want to try doing some meditation, to alleviate stress.
I CANT WAIT until I get to goal weight, and its not long now! After I get down to 54kg I want to work on a maitenance plan - for life.
I went shopping today and bought some clothes. Pair of pants, size 8, skirt, size 8, trackpants, XS, jeans, size 4, skirt, size 8, dress, size small. Its not a big difference, going from a size ten to a size 8, but im happy with myself
So after the 5 weeks - 12 November - I will have some awesome before and after shots for you!
And then on the 18 November 2007 I will be doing the half marathon up the biggest bloody mountain in Hobart lol. Goal - To finish under the time limit!
