Im going to try and eat healthier. Im going to go semi-organic (most of its organic)
I want to eat
2 Serves Fruit a Day
5 Serves Vegetables
2-3 Serves of Dairy
3 Serves Wholegrains
1-2 Serve meat
1 Serve Wholegrains - Oatmeal or Muesli
1 Serve Dairy - 1/2 Cup Milk + Yoghurt
1 Serve Vegetables - Caesar Salad for Lunch OR
1 Serve Wholegrains
1 Serve Dairy
1 Serve Meat - Toasted Cheese and Tuna Sandwich
1 Serve meat - Lean Meat OR
1 Serve Wholegrains - Pasta or the like
3 Serves Vegetables - Corn, Broccolli, Cauliflower, etc
2 Serves fruit - Apple + Banana or Mango, Strawberries, Raspberries
1 Serve Vegetables - Carrot Sticks
In addittion to this I will:
Drink 8 Glasses of Water
Hummus as a dip for my carrot sticks
Honey in my oatmeal
Small serving of yoghurt at night (with a serve of honey)
2 Tablespoons natural peanut butter
On this diet I am allowed ONE cheat meal a week, where I can eat what I like.
Im going to start this tomorrow..
Basically get to the gym when I can. Aim for 4-5 sessions a week.
When I cant go to the gym go for a walk or a bike ride. Aim for 60 Minutes of moderate-intense exercise per day.
Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg
Goal Reached 22 February 2008, Must get down to 54kg again!
