Whoops a day late, oh well!
87.6 this week! so still going down - which is good! 6.5kgs off - yeeehaaaaa!
Bad thing is that I am so busy with school I am finding I am hardly eating anything. I know with the amount of activity I am doing etc if I was eating right I could probably lose more a week... I miss salads! I havent had one for lunch in nearly 2 weeks... who would have thought I'd ever say that?
My tip? Become a teacher and run around worrying about 30 kids all day forgetting about yourself in the process! haha. I come home and am snowed under so don't snack really... I probably only have 2 meals a day, which is bad but should get better in the coming weeks.. when everything begins to slow down... I hope!
