hubby and i started Celebrity Slim today.

We are looking forward to the results, and we are interested to see how we go with it.

So far shake 1 (strawberry) was yum!

I am starving at the moment, but its ok, dinner is cooking :)

We will try and stick to the diet 95% (we may have to wander a bit during the 5% but in a healthy way) Apparently it works still at 95%.

Got a week of headaches and hungriness coming up, i just gotta figure out what snacks i am allowed to have.

I cannot wait :)

Not long till chrissy now and i wonder what my weight will be then :)

ha ha ha ha thanks for that em...but....we are no longer on it.

its funny, the other day i was telling a friend that i don't really like shake diets, and how i recon they are more for peole who are struggling or for people who want to get a kick start and how u have to be careful when coming off so u dont gain weight.....

and then 2 days later i bought celebrity slim...

i rememebered that and felt soo hypocritical, and then i decided i too love the 'food' part. i feel silly having a shake, when i can eat the food God gave this planet. Like fruit, and veges, and meat, and nuts i love all of that! etc.

So we are going to have the shakes for breakies, and then eat healthy low fat foods like we use to. I only just realised that i have lost weight doing it that way, so i didnt need to go on shake diet. I think i was looking for a quick fix.....but i am happier to take longer to lose weight if it means it will stay off and i get to eat food :)

so yeah :P

sorry everyone :p

Good on you Rachael - I've often thought about having shakes just for one meal replacement per day rather than breakfast and lunch. Sounds like you're on top of it now. Losing weight slowly is probably better for you in the long term, even though it may get frustrating

Keep at it, you're doing great :)
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

Still going strong with having them for breakfast :) Eating normal for lunch and dinner.

I had a mountain bread wrap today (the rye one) with lettuce, tomato, light cheese (grated) and 97% fat free chicken meat (from deli) with fat free mayo :) So yummy.

I had the same thing yesterday with salami (not as good i know)

Tomorrow i will have it with 97% fat free smoked ham :)

And Friday with tuna :) yummo!

I drank 1.25L water yesterday (its a start) and i aim to again today.

Didn't workout last night, was tired as, even went to bed at 9.30pm! which is early for me.

Will start again tonight i hope! Learnt a new exercise to help remove love handles so i am gunna try that tonight too.

I have noticed my bum is disappearing YAY and my legs are thinning out (well the thigh part)

Upper body including chest is stil huge!

I am nearly fitting into my size 12 jeans :) hooray. I ain't worn them for years!

I cannot wait to be in my 70s again. 2.7kgs to go :D
