Sas's progress

Postby Sas » Fri Oct 12, 2007 10:22 am

Well I can't believe it!

I have only been back seriously looking after my diet since Wednesday and I have already lost 1.9kg! Yes I know I'm meant to weigh myself weekly but I can't help myslef lol.

I know most of the loss must fluid loss and I'm not game to change my ticker yet as I know I have a big weekend this weekend  but it is so nice to see it coming off.

It has really motivated me to keep being strict on myself. :)

Thanks guys :)

Hopefully I can keep it up... bit scary considering the weekend is on it's way and typically my diet goes to the dog house on weekends... I'll just have to keep thinking about what I have already achieved and say to myself "do you want to wreck everything you have done so far!?"

Well I was very well behaved (eating wise  ) on the weekend. I didn't snack at all which is what I'm a shocker at doing on weekends and I didn't even rally crave it... mind you DH bought some quatro chocolate biscuits yesterday and left them sitting on the bench.

I don't know how many times I sat there looking at them thinking "just one won't hurt" but I was strong and didn't give in to the call of the chocolate biscuit :)

Go you!!! Man, I don't know if I could have held out!!! I rearranged the cupboards on the weekend (the bloke put up some much needed sheves) and his bikkies had to stay hidden in a cupboard cause I couldn't bear them staring at me.

Bad, bad bikkies
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Good on you for resisting the temptation. I don't know about you, but once I've had one, I must have more! Before you know it, the whole packet would be gone...
But I'm trying to change the way I think about food now, so hopefully someday I will be able to start down a packet of biscuits at 10 paces, just like you!
Bye! Rissa

Well I weighed myself this morning and the scales said 68kg's on the dot. yayayayayay! 3kg's in a week!

I was so happy when I saw that this morning and I actually feel slimmer than I did last week... can't wait till I fit my old summer clothes... mind you temp in Canberra today is anything but summer like.

Well here's to another week! 1 week and 3kg's down :)
