Thanks, I'll do that. I wont be back until Friday but just knowing you're all out there and interested gives me hope that I CAN do this.

Hey guys,
I know this is weird but on the weekend I had a spoonful of Milo ready to put in my mouth then I was like what am I thinking, so I poured dishwashing liquid on it and threw the Milo in the big green rubbish bin! I knew that if I had the Milo it would have been my friend for the afternoon and I wouldn stop ahah!!

Guys I am totally in a binging mood right now :(

It all started with that block of black forest choccy I know I shouldn't have bought - I only had a serving last night, and that was ok, but today it is all I can think about (I have already had one serving). The only thing stopping me from eating the rest is that I know my boyfriend will be pissed if I don't leave any for him when he comes home

I can feel myself going nuts... I feel like I just need to inject myself with sugar to make this feeling go away! Anyone have any ideas on how I can get rid of this feeling?

lick your finger and dip in your sugar bowl for a small sugar hit. i read that once. otherwise i buy the extra Drops from the shops, theyre sugarfree but give you that sugar hit. i know choccie can be your friend but really it is your enemy!!

You could try having a couple fo Sultanas, they're pretty sweet and usually get rid of my cravings.

Thanks for the tips guys, I dont have any sultanas but I will try the sugar... I think a couple of mouthfuls of straight sugar will make me feel sick enough not to want to eat anything sweet for awhile ;)

I decided to do 45 minutes of aerobics which put it out of my mind for now, and if worse comes to worse and I do eat more choccy then it is some good damage control !

I have heard that if you eat a gherkin (or something equally sour) it has the reverse effect on your body and it wipes out the sugar craving. (it was in the Slimming magazine one time) come to think of it I might have to try that myself.

I have been drinking the jarrah extreme choc drink the last 2 days (thanks to the advice of some lovely people on this forum!) and it has helped my cravings for chocolate big time.

Get your boyfriend to hide the choccie where only he knows it is, until you feel you can handle having just the single serve without craving for more!!

Hope this helps

I must behave myself

Postby FatGarfield » Thu Dec 14, 2006 2:18 pm

Today is Thu. Sat is the day to weigh in.

On Tue and Wed, I have been eating too much as I was having a few arguments at home. Today is Thu, so far so good. I am tempted to go out of control again but by writing this down, I am going to be good during dinner time... which is usually the time of temptation for me...

I want to have progress when I measure my weight on Sat. Hold on to my water bottle and my sandwiches...

hi fatgarfield :)

good on ya for posting here! think about how close you are to saturday and how close you are to your goal. you ahve put in a lot of hard work and if you have a tough time and feel like you have to eat have something like a piece of fruit or a bottle of water. those rice puddings will be there when you have lost the weight!

Hi Kate,
Just saw your note. Sorry about the late reply.

I have been eating too much. Today I have been good (breakfast and lunch). I am having dinner gathering with relatives. I will try hard not to eat too much! I think Sat weigh-in will be bad. I may need another day and weigh in on Sun... Will keep you informed...

Oh what a binge eating day!

Postby zoeh » Sun Feb 11, 2007 9:09 pm

Today I had half a block of marble chocolate
Weetbix with honey (which is bad I am not meant to eat wheat)
Pancakes with syrup (another no no)
A spelt muffin with tropical fruits

Yep that is my big binge eating day

It actually doesnt look tooooooooo bad but my calorie intake is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too high for today, my stomach feels gross from eating wheat and I think I've wacked on about 5 kilos for the day

PLUS i've done no exercise today

OH and yesterday I ate:

A bowl of gelati
A cinnamon scroll
A freddo frog
A choc chip muffin
Half a block of marble chocolate

So that was WAAAAAAAAAAAY over my calorie intake for the day as well

This weekend I have been very, very, very bad....

Time to lift my head up and start over in a new week and just forget about it.

I was fine yesterday until I stuffed up an audition then I just binge ate crap

Then today it still hadn't left my mind...

Stupid emotional binge eating...
