I went crazy today, and I feel crap :[
I was doing so well when I was at school, but now that I'm at home and have nothing to do, I've been eating like censored, and gained 3kg in the process to.
Wow, what a great 1st post.
So within 3 hours, I blew it and over ate with:
A bowl and a half of Nut Cluster Crunchy Nut
A bowl of Fruity - Bix Wild Berry
1 sliced ham and cheese on two Vitabrits
3 Pieces of Bakers Delight Wholemeal bread with Canola Light spread
I've been craving anything sweet, and cereals especially with a sweet fix.
