hey...
i think its got alot to do with knowledge.. knowledge is the key. knowing what is in the foods you are eating, and what these foods do to the body... i was reading a book that goes into detail about the human diet, explaining that "plant food" should make up over half of your intake.. plant food is referring to, fruit, vegies, nuts, grains. etc
i hate counting calories.. really, i cannot stand it... but i find myself having to, otherwise i am ignorant to how much i am actually eating.
so knowing how much you are eating, and roughly how much you are burning may help to shift the weight.
Also sometimes it takes a while to see results even on the scales.. and then when you finally get going, all of a sudden you stop going.. anywhere... this is why its hard to keep motivation.
sounds like on your way though... so keep it up.
30 kilos and counting
lost for this week, 1.4 kilos... getting there.
