Postby ACTing on Weight » Thu May 27, 2010 5:16 pm

Does it ever feel like Emotional Eating ruining your weight loss efforts? If so, you might be interested in volunteering for research I am currently conducting through the Monash University Department of Psychology. As part of the research you will attend a workshop based on Acceptance
and Commitment Therapy principles to learn new skills about how to handle your thoughts
and feelings about your weight and emotional eating.

If you have recently lost weight and are over 18 yrs old you may be eligible to participate. At this the research is being held in Melbourne.

If you are interested please contact me, Emma Gallagher, on 0468 548 518 or at
actingonweight@yahoo.com.au.

I hope this may be helpful to you.

Regards, Emma.
