Just wondering what everyone has done to concur there emotional eating problem... what do you do instead of curling up on the lounge and eating your favourite food?
Its not as easy as when people say, go to the gym instead!

I concentrate on something else such as by getting stuck into one of my hobbies or go read a good book. Anything other than to dwell on stuff seems to do the trick.

It's a bit like stopping smoking. You have to fond something else to occupy you when you would normally be eating those 'comfort' foods
