I don't really wear flashy brands and don't see the point - never did. The only 'brands' I ever had my mother bought me (and no, I didn't ask for them). I just wear what i feel comfortable in and what looks good - and that's usually not using my arse or chest as an advertising billboard. Oh and this whole weightloss thing has shown me the wonders of Vinnies shopping - cause theres no point spending full price for new clothes when you still have more to lose. Last time I went I got a really nice shirt and a Colorado skirt for around $15. I guess there'll always be some younguns who will buck the expectations hey.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

I have an Op Shop at my work and I love going in there. I got 2 pairs of hipster jeans (practically new) for $3.00 each - they are target and are sooo comfy I live in them. I get all my kids clothes from the Op Shop as well - and my children always look fantastic. I believe that there is nothing wrong with Op Shopping/garage sales/ebay for great bargins - but sometimes it is nice to have something new as well.

My eldest daughter is into Mary Kate and Ashley so I get all her clothes off of EBay. My youngest is into Hillary Duff - so the same goes for her (although there is more MK & A then there is Hillary).

Most threads end up having nothing to do with the original topic - that is what is so great about this forum.
