lmao... I was sitting there with my arm weights

on that subject... have said before I'm a huge English soccer fan and watch my team live at absolutely ridiculous times in the morning... do the weights whilst watching and if we are winning with say twent minutes to go I bet myself that if I continuously push them weights for twenty minutes we won't concede a goal and win the match lols.

so anyway 25 minutes later (included injury time) you can imagine how sore my bloody arms are... still I got muscles Yay! - not enough to try kickin sand into anyones face on the beach like but I never had muscles since my mid twenties

hehe should have known  bet you partook too didn't ya? :?: 8)

them two brothers were incredible but i predicted to my wife they would both win once that Neil was booted because they each had the most too lose commensurate to their starting weight and their size. was interesting that the brother that won the 250k lost less than his brother that was kicked off earlier and had Neil got to the last four he woulda won it..

damn being overweight has got me into reality tv lols :kicksmyownass:

When does the next Aussie series start?

I love The Biggest Loser so much! It's such an inspiration, and a real kick up the pants to make me feel guilty enough to exercise!

Cool ! Ive been made to pick a team to follow as hubby and my father in law are mad soccer fans ( father in law actually played for Scotland back in the day ;) ).

So I chose Chelsea, only because their shirt sponsor is the same sponsor of my rugby league team ! Samsung !

My dad is a mad arsenal supporter too JP, he has banners up in our house!

I started going for Manchester United when I was a teenager because it was the team he hated the most.. such a rebellious child!

Then I lived in Dublin for a while and everyone I knew cheered for Liverpool, and they won the champions league that year, so I have a soft spot for them too.
