Anyone notice how Sharif was really flabby? Like, he lost too much weight too fast. I think hes the only person thats really like that this year. Everyone else seems to have pretty firm skin still.

I cant go for anyone - everytime i watch the show i feel like they are all the biggest losers, and not necessarily in the weight loss department! I get so annoyed with how they are petrified everytime AJ says a change is coming, they spend so much time crying and sooking i just want to shake them and say toughen up.
