Anyone buying that he "put on muscle" ?. Sorry but I'm not. He's been working out intensely for weeks now, he's already got pretty established well muscles !. My research tells me that muscle gain is generally restricted to mere 100- 300grams per week not MORE than 1kilo. Also it's a lot more than 1kilo as one would assume he should of LOST 1 kilo so with a gain is more likely 2+Kilos.
Water level's I can buy but even that doesn't explain the gain, for me it's gotta be that his food is off ?.
Anyone else have any theories ?.
