I remember watching Adro last year when he won and he was punching his fists in the air and I couldn't take my eyes off the saggy skin on his arms!

Well that's why Adro had to have surgery last year, it was in a magazine.

I don't read magazines so I wouldn't know! But it just goes to show that there is another co$t to rapid weightloss.
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

Just wanted to point out, Adro (at least in the house) actually lost weight pretty slowly (in BL terms) do you remember he had to change to Bob's diet, ect cois he had pretty disappointing losses

There was an article on smh.com.au yesterday that sums it up well:

Actually in all fairness I don't think it matters how quickly or slowly you lose weight some people will end up with excess skin. I read the Slimming and Health mag and some of those women have taken up to 4 years to lose weight, but still have excess skin......

All sounds good & all but it is pretty pricey, 2 days live in $995 & 28 days live in $11,900. You wouldn't get me paying that amout to loss weight in a million years.

Although I wouldn't mind getting trained off the comando just for somthing to do. I think the feeling of acomplishment after one of his workouts would be outstanding.

He seems like a bit of a tool if you ask me.

I'd pay to have Shannon train me! Yum!

Argh, now you see I think Shannon is a tool!

Funny how we all have different tastes. I'm not wrapped in the Commando either but I think he had an acting role in TBL.
