There has always being a thing on the biggest losser that has bug me. They do not do push ups properly. You watch them they only move a couple of cm's, slightly moving of cause you can do 100 hundred of them by what they do on the biggest losser because they are not that hard. By my thoughs they don't do them properly, By my thuoghs a puch up is where you bend your elbows & lower your entire body at once until your upper arms are parrellel with with the floor. then push back up to the starting position & repeat. Which I call a mans push up.
So what are your thoughs??
