Chris' weight

Postby dietcoke » Fri Apr 20, 2007 8:55 pm

Hey is it just me or is Chris already a bit too skinny? Don't get me wrong I think anyone who can lose that much weight is AMAZING but seriously he has no more meat on his bones as it is and now he wants to lose more for the final...scary. Just hope he knows when to stop is all.

I have to totally agree. There is barely an ounce of fat on him, he certainly shouldn't be trying to lose more, it isn't healthy. The whole aim of someone trying to lose that much weight is to have a healthier body, and his won't stay that way if he is underweight.

Surley he can't loose any more weight. Like he said in the show that he has betten his goal weight by 10KG. I think that any more weight comes off him & he will be underweight.

If he's 6ft 5in he can go to about 76 kg and still be in the "healthy" BMI.

If he goes into the underweight category he should be disqualified from the winning as it's not sending a good message at all.
Winners MAKE things happen,
Losers LET things happen.
