Counselling

Postby electrongirl » Mon Dec 03, 2007 12:12 pm

I think I need counselling.

I think I have a lot of deep seeded issues and need to finally deal with them.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where to go?

Give your Doctor a try, they should be able to refer you to someone.

I agree, your GP should be able to help you by referring you to a counsellor or maybe a support group to help you through this.

Yup, that's what my mum did. She went to the doc and asked for a referral :) She went today and said it was really good! Hopefully this is the start of her trying to work through her problems!

Good luck hun :):)

ok going to make an appoint with my doc.

I had some counselling years ago when I was in a really bad relationship and it helped alot.

I am happy with my family and job, but I just can't get out of the bad headspace I am in. Very negative thoughts about myself and am constantly anxious.
