Made a few pledges to myself and today is the day.
This year I hope to;
Lose my weight (approx 15kgs)
Drink less alcohol
Eventually give up smoking
Drink more water
Im trying to be more organised so for the next 12 weeks our family is on the CSIRO diet. Not just to eat better but it plans my week in meals and shopping list. I found it not too costly and my other half will love the meat (so will my kids!!)
Also going to sit down and set myself a budget that we can stick to. We are both shocking with money atm ( spend spend).
My New year starts now cause its Monday! I always start new things on mondays!!
