At the moment I'm going nuts over mashup songs. There are quite a few good ones on YouTube (and quite a few bad ones). Best of Bootie produces a CD each year of them and some are really good to work out to. One of the strangest yet most successful ones I've heard is a mashup of Headhunter by Front 242 (industrial band) and Hollaback Girl by Gwen Stefani! Link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sc71Z4qS330

You can type 'mashup' into YouTube to see what's out there, or download the Best of Bootie CD here:
http://www.bootieusa.com/bestofbootie2007/

(I'm assuming the music download is legal because heaps of blogging sites have linked to it before and I haven't seen any word of legal threats made against them.)

Another person with good taste! I love them too, in fact I even flew to Sydney to see them at the Opera House in 2006, needless to say, it was well worth it! :D

I have my Foo Fighters tickets for April already. Going to see the second concert in Brisbane. My nephew (15) really wanted to go and see them but my sister wouldn't let him go to Sydney with a group of his friends without adult supervision (they live in Newcastle). I apparently count as adult supervision, so he is coming up here and going with me.

I enjoy working out to the Ministry of Sound Annuals. I have the 04, 05, 06 and 07 annuals, haven't gotten 08 yet.

Dude I have to agree with your taste of work out music. I LOVE MOS. I have them all on my ipod and others like MINT and old school WILD

Any dance music really.

Love, love love Sneaky Sound System (Seen them play at the MET - it was Awesome 8) )

I also like Beasty Boys, Fat Boy Slim, Shake your booty RnB

And I can't forget to mention Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Fuel. My angry music  I always go hard core at the gym when I'm feeling angry and wanting to get aggression out.
