1 tub (200g) of Yoplait: Yoghurt: Lite, Cheesecake, French 200Cals 840KJ 2g Fat 8.8g Protien 36.4g Carbs

1 container (200g) of Yoplait: Yoghurt: No-Fat, Peach Mango 96cals 400KJ 0.2Fat 9.6P 13.4Carbs

1 container (200g) of Yoplait: Yoghurt: Original, Creamy Vanilla 222Cals 930KJ 6.4F 7.8P 33Carbs

Just as a comparison for you, im sure it taste yummy and if you have 200 cals spare might be a nice treat but just as a comparison you need to be careful when things say lite cos it doesn't always mean lite in fat.

Cheers

For most woman the fat intake per day is about 40gs and thats loosing weight I would sugest logging on to Calorie King and seeing what fat, carb and protien levels they recommend. Although on KM you aren't allowed carbs so maybe just stick to what they tell you to eat but switch your lite yogart to nestle diet yogart.
Cheers

2g fat is not much!!! I honestly wouldn't stress about it, it wouldn't have 'blown' your diet. It's yoghurt, it's got calcium, protein and is good for you. It's not like you scoffed a chocolate cake or something.

8gms of a fat a day is a tiny amount! although i'm not sure what kate morgan allows. if you're worried tho, you can always eat half a tub one day with the diet jelly & the other half the next day :)

Yeah the other people are right sorry I sounded like such a food nazi 8g per day is hardly anything if you enjoy the chees cake yogart then eat it. On the KM diet you are allow such little food that one yogart is not going to hurt anything

The "no fat" from yoplait 96cal/serve has a cheesecake flavour too if you can hunt it down. I only buy "no fat" yoplait and I have definitely had this flavour recently. Couldn't find it at coles but woolies has a huge range of yogurts
