Food I should eat, but can't? How bout drinks?

I know how good green tea is for weight loss . . . but :oops: ew. It's just so . . . *shudder* ew.

Avocado's one for me also. It's all squishy and green...

I used to have a problem with mushrooms too, but we're getting to know each other a little better these days. . . still can't eat them on their own, but any other time, it's all good.

You know, a much easier question would have been "Foods you eat but know you shouldn't..." Not THERE'S a list...

Avocado. I can't stand the texture.

Although if it's in something like sushi then I can stomach it.

What about purple cauliflower - seen that? :lol:

For me... herbal tea. I know I should drink it, but just can't seem to get into it. I need my coffee!!!

few years back i had got a recipe from net on banana avacado salad, and since then it tops in my favorite list, i simply love it

I know that fish is good for me, but i can't seem to get it past my mouth... i've been open to trying a little bit but i always spit it back out.... classy i know

can't do fruit or veg... cant do red meat, can't do seafood, but recently have been liking a bit of fish, so I guess thats good.
