To everyone for all your support in the time I have been on this site.

I am in a really good place at the moment with my weightloss and part of it has to do with the support I get on here.

So thank you all for being here with your encouragement, tips, advice and experiences!!

Your weight loss is coming along nicely too :D

Goal weight - 53kgs
Current Weight - 50.1kgs

Awww, warm fuzzies! But yeah, you put in the hard yards so make sure you pat your back too! It does help to have a good support network though doesn't it - certainly made it easier for me!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
