Im leaving this board for a little bit.

You might know I've been having some problems lately; purging, alcohol and drugs. In large quantities.
Im going back into an outpatient program to sort out my issues, I didn't think it would be a good idea to talk about that kind of stuff on here, I don't want to be a bad influence and i certainly dont want to promote my lifestyle.

I hope the marathon went well Bella! You are my inspiration to get fit and healthy and do it the proper way!

And to everyone else - you guys are doing soooo well! Hopefully when I come back ill be seeing heaps of you closer to goal!

Thanks for all the support guys

Hi Ella,
Just sending you my support in doing what you feel you need to do. We look forward to having you back as soon as you think the time is right. All our wishes are with you. We all recognise that this health business is a hard one, and it gets especially hard when it becomes complicated by other things and none of us think badly of you. Think of this as another learning opportunity to find out more about yourself and grill those medics and psychs for all the help they can throw at you - they are resources for you to use to build the best you that you can be! If you need a local support, drop me a line.
Cheers and best of luck,
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
