Postby candycane » Thu May 08, 2008 5:59 pm

Hi guys,

wanted to crumb and bake some fish tonight. the recipe says fry it but i want to bake it, i'm thinking 190C for about 30 mins. Any suggestions as to whether this will dry the fish out?

I'm afraid I have bugger-all experience in baking fish but I found this recipe on Taste.com.au: http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/8149/pa ... baked+fish

It crumbs the fish in breadcrumbs and parmesan and bakes it in the oven. Maybe it can offer some tips as to how to bake a fish without drying it out.

It's probably too late to reply though as I hope you would have had dinner before now!

Glad it turned out well. I'm not really good at making fish so I'll keep an eye out for your recipe when you post it & give it a go. :D
