I just read a really inspiring book "Short fat chick to marathon runner"
The author, Kerre Woodward, is a New Zealand radio personality who was sponsored to run the Auckalnd marathon - and completes it.
The thing I liked the best about it was that Kerre is an ordinary, not overly fit, woman who takes on this difficult feat.
It didn't take long to read and has a personal trainer give tips through it.
I borrowed it from my local library, and I truly recommend it.
