My boyfriend finally got us a Wii. Weeeeeeee! (sorry couldn't resist). And guess what! we loved it! wii sports really does make you break a sweat. I'm sure that its no replacement for actually WT and cardio but it's soo fun! I think everyone should try it one time. If it's raining (or snowing) or just plain too hot outside, this is a great great indoor activity to engage in.
I just hope I don't get hooked too much that it takes away from my real exercise. Anyone else have a Wii?
Can anyone that has the wii fit comment on how good it is for exercise? We have the wii and a few games and they are all fun but I was a nit disappointed I thought wii sports would be a little bit of a workout and I find it annoying that so many of the games are so short and just as you get into and break a sweat its game over.
