About 2 weeks ago my laptop died on me. I've been able to get it working once in a while, so I could do some posting over here, but in the end it died completely. So now I'm sitting in front of my wife's computer, since she's not home, and being able to post some. I did order a new laptop, which will be (if all turns out alright) arriving today. I'm a bit down on having to buy a new one, but on the other hand this one will be lastig some more years.
Seriously? I am a tech support engineer for a living. The old laptop just died of overheating. It was an old little bugger. I prefer this one anytime. 17" widescreen, smooth typing (still getting used to it though), wireless mouse (finally), windows vista (just better looks, that's all...) and a sweet 2.3GHz dual core CPU as well as 1024Mb of RAM, will probably be upgraded to 2048 within a year. I'm in love with this one. The old HP died for a reason. My path has crossed with this Fujitsu Siemens for a reason. I'm telling my wife to leave
I know where to come when I have a computer problem now.
Need to get motivated.
