. There was a time when some members of the board felt a very real need to distinguish between the struggles of losing 20, 50 or more kilos vs those wanting to lose 5 or 6 kilos. There was a lot b*tchiness around at that time though most of it flew over my head until someone would post a 'I'm leaving and here's why' thread. I'd say the board was quite different then and a lot of the members that were around then aren't around anymore.
Either way, it doesn't bother me because from the board index screen I just click on 'view new posts' and I can see all the new stuff on one screen that's been posted since my last visit. that's a good way to keep up with fresh content.
The weekly weigh in forum never used to have individually recorded weightloss threads - that's what the personal progress forums were for. It used to be one thread per week where we'd all chime in with what we'd lost (or gained) that past week. Someone would start it up on Monday and off we'd go.
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...
