Does anyone agree with me? I think there are far too many sections of this forum... Its a weight loss forum.

We have:
Personal Progress
Weekly Weigh In
Curvaceous and Courageous (+10 to lose)
Almost there (within 10 to lose)
Before, During and after

Are they not all basically for the same thing? Just gets hard to remember what member is in what section to keep track of their progress

31.3kg to go

It does make it hard to keep track of a particular conversation- am still trying to find one from the other day. People seem to repeat themselfs a bit (me included) particulary in the weigh in section and personal progress- are they not the same sort of thing?
Either way I still love reading all the new blogs and comments :)

Oh yeah - massive can of worms that one Gordz  . There was a time when some members of the board felt a very real need to distinguish between the struggles of losing 20, 50 or more kilos vs those wanting to lose 5 or 6 kilos. There was a lot b*tchiness around at that time though most of it flew over my head until someone would post a 'I'm leaving and here's why' thread. I'd say the board was quite different then and a lot of the members that were around then aren't around anymore.

Either way, it doesn't bother me because from the board index screen I just click on 'view new posts' and I can see all the new stuff on one screen that's been posted since my last visit. that's a good way to keep up with fresh content.

The weekly weigh in forum never used to have individually recorded weightloss threads - that's what the personal progress forums were for. It used to be one thread per week where we'd all chime in with what we'd lost (or gained) that past week. Someone would start it up on Monday and off we'd go.
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

i loved the weekly weigh in thread! u could just read one thread with everyones weigh ins instead of 50 threads with everyones individual things, but for some reason some girls decided they wanted to be individuals and set up a whole new section for people with only a few kilos to lose, and weigh in threads all to themselves. then alot of the awesome long time members left :( and the forums changed loads

"board", so much I don't know being a new member...but it does seem cumbersome...I just can't remember where to look....or where I've been...that's my brain and bad memory mostly, not the forums fault at all! maybe someone can give me some tips.. not good that awesome long time members left, but I guess that's the way things go, nothings stays the same, things inevitably change...
