hot chips!

the bald guy from master chef said they werent actually unhealthy if cooked in peanut oil at the right temperature. They should be in and out of the oil and if done correctly, they absorb very little oil!

Organic double cream with fresh berries and sprinkled cinnamon .. I know most people will think cream (especially full fat) is not healthy but my beliefs are all about what we are naturally designed to eat .. and full-fat dairy is IN! Much easier on the digestive system plus eating pure fat is by far the best way to rev up the metabolism .. works a treat and keeps me full!
