holy crap that sounds far too delicious and quantityfull (what?) for 370 calories... i'ma need a recipe girly!!! I had a footlong subby with ham, lettuce onion capsicum and tomato... under 7g of fat! half before and half after 11.5km on the tready. watched the transporter 2 tonight while jogging, not as good as the first, but still pretty action packed

Its one of the maggi receipe mix things, very easy to make! :)

200gm chicken boneless chicken thigh
250gm cauliflower (half a head)
300 grams broccoli (whole head)
1 onion
1 big carrot
1/4 of a cabbage
all cut up into stir fry size pieces

then for the sauce:
1 packet maggi satay chicken recipe mix (dry)
200mls water
200mls lite coconut milk
50gms crunchy peanut butter
(all mixed together)

I cook the chicken seperately, then cook all the vegies and when the vegies are almmost done i add the chicken and the sauce and 5 minutes later its done :)

It doesnt take long to cook at all, takes a little longer for me because i have evil braces and need my vegies soggy so i can chew them

1 week tomorrow till i go to melbourne, cant wait!
its going to be interesting to see how the business runs without us for 2 weeks, one of our staff is on uni holidays now so she is going to be playing the role of manager, i told her a bonus is coming her way if she manages to run the place without dragging me home from my holiday early haha

yeah i think the whole cutting chicken up raw is the turnoff... rather go to the butcher, buy a king size schnitter, cook it crispy then cut it up and put it into the mix.

I just felt the need to comment on the adds about the alpaca farmer and the lady who owns the providores shop. Could they be anymore irritating?
