Its one of the maggi receipe mix things, very easy to make!
200gm chicken boneless chicken thigh
250gm cauliflower (half a head)
300 grams broccoli (whole head)
1 big carrot
1/4 of a cabbage
all cut up into stir fry size pieces
then for the sauce:
1 packet maggi satay chicken recipe mix (dry)
200mls lite coconut milk
50gms crunchy peanut butter
(all mixed together)
I cook the chicken seperately, then cook all the vegies and when the vegies are almmost done i add the chicken and the sauce and 5 minutes later its done
It doesnt take long to cook at all, takes a little longer for me because i have evil braces and need my vegies soggy so i can chew them
1 week tomorrow till i go to melbourne, cant wait!
its going to be interesting to see how the business runs without us for 2 weeks, one of our staff is on uni holidays now so she is going to be playing the role of manager, i told her a bonus is coming her way if she manages to run the place without dragging me home from my holiday early haha
