hi everyone, was just wondering if anyone else has the biggest loser wii game?
i got it and with in 10 mins i was bored, my heart rate didnt get up, i do more strenuous activities at work and i can hold the plank for 2 and a half minutes already!!! i was wondering whether it gives me easy stuff based on my weight rather than my actual strength and aerobic ability!
oh well i might have to go back to the drawing board and find something else to do if i cant get it to work for me, i guess working as a fitness instructor is paying off, just wish i could shed a few kg!!!!
i would love to hear others experiences! or tips to increase intensity!
