Hello Friends..
You should also take some vitamin supplements. When you diet, you don’t always get the proper vitamins that you need and you end up with a vitamin deficiency. So make sure you get a good multi vitamin to help you through the stress of going on a diet.

A balanced diet must contain carbohydrate, protein, fat, vitamins, mineral salts and fibre. It must contain these things in the correct proportions.

But normally our body can't absorb nutrient directly from food that we take. Vitamin supplement will help the body to absorb what we are lacking.
