Suicide.

Did you ever think about it? I am at no risk now, but i did think about it.

Life is all we have, One chance. If you ever feel like giving up... promise yourself you will give it 48 hours. 48 hours... see how it goes. If you really want to die, 48 hours is nothing.

I feel like many people want a way OUT, not death.

It's never too late for you. Never too late to change. You can live the life you want... it starts with one choice. Choose to live. Choose life and take it from there.

This post might seem crazy. But when i felt like my world should end.. i was searching for someone to tell me to stay here on earth. I want to pass it on. You have a life to live. Stay.

Perhaps a result of the vino, but a useful post. Often when people are suffering depression or thinking of suicide they look to sources close to them for help. If someone comes across this post in a moment of darkness and it helps them then it's well worth its being here. Thanks for posting it, FFS.

I was watching Once were Warriors and drinking vino. Bad idea lol. The moment the mother finds her daughter hanging from the tree and she screams... ohhh so sad. Good movie though.

Thanks for understanding my vino rant. I was very emotional.

Good on you for posting your thoughts!

Even though I have never felt this way myself, I see people on a daily basis who do (my business partner is a Clinical Psychologist).

Plus, anti-depressant medication is the number one medication prescribed in Australia- scary stuff!

Adrian (my business partner) is on a crusade to provide people with natural ways to overcome depression, anxiety and stress without necessarily resorting to medication. He is also a nutritionist who specialises in mental health. His website is: http//www.improve-mental-health.com

I have seen some amazing changes in his clients by using a combination of pychological and nutritional approaches.

It is interesting to note that 80% of women who come to see him are deficient in vitamin D and over 90% are deficient in iron. In many cases, supplementing their diets with these 2 nutrients helps them overcome depression in a matter of a few weeks! I wonder why more doctors don't test for these nutrients first before simply writing out a prescription for antidepressants!

Okay, I'll get off the sopa box now!

Regards,

Steve.
