I snack too much
I think I could write a thesis on snacks, I have become a bit anal about snacks and have set 100cal limit with them.
So here goes, love fruit, nuts(although I try to limit them), a forme or diet yoghurt, carrot celery and cucumber sticks with hommus, peas from the pod and fresh beans, a jarah hot choc, chick nuts, wasabi peas, and spicy broad beans (also limited to a handful), and when I want a chip-like snack two handfuls of delite rice crackers. Sugar free sweets -Mints,chewing gum and fruit drops.
In my handbag, I have a special k chocaletey bar and some eclipse mints.
My choc hits include funsize milkyway, a freddo or A Dark choc hit.
Then there is deserts.... diet choc mouse or creme caramels (My Saturday night treat).
