I love Fuji apples at the moment, forme diet yoghurt, weight watchers cranberry and macadamia bars, almonds, corn thins with low-fat cheese or cruskits. I'm a huge snacker, i don't think i could get by without it.

Naturals Almond, Cashew and Brazil nut paste with vegie sticks or smeared on 1/2 a banana yummmmm
Tin sirena tuna in oil mixed with hommus and lemon juice with vegie sticks.
I only have 2 pieces of fruit a day and 1 piece is taken up in my breakfast in the mornings.
Protein shake.
Cottage cheese and vegie sticks
30g nuts

I eat at least every 2 - 3 hours to keep my blood sugars constant or will end up gorging!!

chips or kisses. Oh, how much I love this.

I also like pasta. I can't help it. or tacos. :)

As much as I can I only have apple as my snack but sometimes I cannot help to eat my favorite chocolates and ice cream. Of course I always think that these stuff will be burned through exercise so no worries.

It's nuts, nuts and more nuts, with me! Hazel, almond, peacan, cashew, pistacio, coco ... Ok, well may be not coco.

But a lot of nuts - my fav are the ones with yoghurt over them. And of course, I love 'em salted and dry-roasted too, but try and avoid them when possible ...
