Just a general question, when does this forum have the most activity happening? Ive been on here for acouple days and only only of my post/comments have been replied too and that was only by 1 person... Just wondering is there a time of the week when people actually reply to new posts to keep people staying here....

Hi Countrymum and welcome :)

Try not to take the lack of replies too personally. From what I've noticed, there doesn't seem to be a more active time on this board. The more you post on here and get to know people, the more replies and interaction you'll get.

This board tends to have a lot of people who sign up, post a few messages, and then disappear forever. A lot of people seem to be reluctant to "waste" time posting replies to people who might not be around for a long time.

My advice would be just to keep posting and doing your own thing, writing messages helps to keep yourself accountable anyway. In time, people will see that you're here for the long haul, and you'll get a lot more feedback and response.

All the best!

Hi countrymum!
yeah, activity can be a bit hit and miss and people tend to start following a few people and it can be hard to break in to the group so to speak. Like miss viva said, keep posting, maybe have a look and see who's active and see if there's anyone you get along with or whose journey is similar to your and start posting in response to them - people generally post back to you if you post to them.
Keep at it :D
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
