A CK question

This is the only thing that frustrates me with CK, can I put in my own home made recipes to find out many calories per meal? I know other sites you can....

i usually just guess, or look for the thing that seems as close to it as possible, i say better on CK to be over calories than under because then you dont got for that extra piece of chocolate you go for a run instead.

Hey Carley,

Just load all the ingredients into an empty meal (say breakfast the next day for example) and then click the save meal button. You can name the meal and enter how many serves it is. From then on you can click 'load meal' and enter how many serves you had and its all there for you :)
