chip marks and nail polish

Postby lindtcrazy » Sat Nov 27, 2010 8:08 am

Does anyone have any savvy low cost ways of repairing black chip marks on my ceramic kitchen floor tiles. My three children have done dishes over the years and still do but at the cost of black chip marks, which make my kitchen floor look dirty.

I went to priceline and bought some matching nail polish. Would ceramic paint from a craft shop do it, dont I need a sealer over the top?

Digging up my tiles is not an option.

Would really love to hear some ideas.

I think my aunt uses paint from a craft store with some PVA glue over the top. It's not a perfect match, but it helps it from getting chipped again :-)
