I was wondering if anyone knows anything about the Biggest Loser Clubs new "Express Program".
It's annoying that you have to actually join (read: pay) to find out anything about the program!
Is it based on meal replacement shakes? The website says the exercise is based on 5 x 30 mins walks per week but then it says the exact same thing about the normal BLC program? Huh? So how exactly does it differ from the normal program?
Normally I wouldn't look into this sort of thing but they have this results calculator thing which is says very lovely things
If anyone knows anything or is doing this program I would love to find out some more info! PM me if you want.
