700 kilojoules for one measly mouthful! Eek! In my pre-weightloss days I'd eat eight times that much fruitcake in a bowl with custard and fruit pieces, which would be perhaps 5000kj. Still, it just doesn't seem worth it now.
Does anyone know if there is a (very) low kilojoule alternative to fruitcake? *sigh*
