I carave for pasta, pizza, anything cheezy and spicy.

I cant resist it. When I got the chance, I buy what I want. :D

I know it's not bad to eat every once a week, a cheat day! lmao

When I tried the keto diet I was having massive sugar cravings (I mean more massive than normal!)

The problem with formalized diets is the mind set that comes with them. As soon as you erect a fence around something and say FORBIDDEN TO YOU ALONE...guess what our human nature wants more than anything else in the world. That is why most fail.

have you thought about still having your cravings but making them healthier???? that's what I try to do, that way you are not "missing" out.

Cheat days - only cheat yourself. All things in moderation should be the approach.

If some food is stuck in your head you may want to try what I did. If something caught my fancy and it particularly wasn't that healthy choice what I told myself I could have it (moderate serve of course) - so long as I earnt it. I would allow myself it after I lost 10 kilos (I had a lot to lose...you may want to goal 5 kilos instead). The strange think about this is that often once I finally achieved the goal; the food that I craved after wasn't that good! For example, a cream doughnut I had as a reward tasted so sweet and fatty that to this day I can't look at one of them without remembering how foul it tasted. This is from a guy who use to eat them daily! :shock: :lol:

A healthy lifestyle will mean that your taste buds will change in time. What you now crave will pass. 8)

Haven't really craved anything this time round, I don't disqualify myself from any foods anyway so whatever I want *in moderation* I can work into my diet anyway if I really wanted it..

Not being hungry is the key for me and enjoying what you eat.. Only really been hungry twice, once it woke up with my belly rumbling, I just had a drink of water then rolled over and slept til brekkie, second time was hungry about 9pm one night so went and ate a carrot :lol: - Did the trick too..
Highs : 107 Kg (24 Sept 2007) : 113.5 Kg (12 Jan 2014) : 112.5 Kg (26 Jan 2016)
Current :99.2 Kg (31 May 2016)
Lows : 78.4 Kg (20 May 2008) : 87.4 Kg (on 16 Dec in both 2009 & 2010) : 82.9 Kg (14 Apr 2011) : 87.1 Kg (4 Jul 2011) : 90.5 Kg (14 Jul 2014)
Target : 94 Kgs by 15th Jul

I've only been hungry once...unfortunately it has been ongoing since the first of January 2011- when I started this weight journey!!! :shock: :lol: :lol:

I crave for chocolates and ice cream always, they are my favorite stuff. My day is not complete without them so I need to have daily exercise to burn and eliminate the toxins coming from them. Exercise is one of the best way of detoxification.

I think you mean the fat and sugar in them - not toxins.

Exercise is the best way to burn of the extra calories (energy) that we didn't need and have consumed.
