Can somebody shed those last pounds within a month and tone up? I want to gift myself a happy me on my birthday, next month.I seem to be losing all the motivation. How am I going to stay focused? I wonder how people can actually lose all those big numbers in about a week's time..

When you see all those stories about people losing big numbers in a week then just remember that they haven't lost that much FAT. Much of it would be water weight. There's all kinds of stories on the biggest loser that the day before weigh in they'll go and sweat it out.

I odn't know if it's possible to tone up in the month like you ask but if you keep eating healthy for the most past and keep up your daily exercise then you're on the right track.
