Hey all just thought to ask what sort of things do u do to distract your self when food is on your mind
I do a longstich . I have been trying to finish this thing for ages lol
I also play online games (if it is at night when the kids are of to dreamland)
It helps to take the food of my mind . I also usualy have the headfones on with music (up loud so i can hear it ) so the time flies by

I chew gum (which doesn't distract me, but stops me eating)

I drink a big glass of water.

I play online games too!

Or, I come here and it inspires me not to stuff up lol :lol:

drink water (like mandie or chew gum)

play with heidi

think of house hold chores that need doing (like i washed the curtains the other day all fresh for summer :))

do puzzles in take 5 magazine :)

I have other sites which I also visit. It tends to keep me busy for a while. I also write, or draw two things I love.

Or I go for a drive to a friends house, or get on the phone with keeps my mind off eating.

I go to stores to try on clothes during lunch time
so I don't over eat.
